If you choose 2nd day shipping in California, it will actually slow down your shipment. Shipments originate from zip code 93291 (hot pink zone). This map illustrates service schedules in business days as of August, 2010 for FedEx Ground shipments. This should give you a better estimate for your shipping options!

We are located in Central California, between Fresno and Bakersfield in Tulare County.

• The map above is a general representation of transit times for FedEx Ground shipments to commercial destinations. In limited areas, transit times may differ between shipments to commercial and residential destinations.
   
• FedEx Ground business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). FedEx Home Delivery business days are Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays).
   

Frequently Asked Questions:

If I order overnight delivery on a Friday, will it arrive to me on Saturday?

No. We can do Saturday delivery for an addition charge. Otherwise overnight delivers made on Friday will arrive on Monday. If you want Saturday delivery, you need to call to place your order. 800-882-0225

California Residents:

If you are a California resident, it is best to use ground shipping (if located in the pink area). Most of the time, you will receive your product the next day. If you want to ensure you receive it sooner, you can get overnight shipping. If you order 2nd day shipping in California, you will actually be delaying your delivery of the shippment.

When will my order be shipped?

If you order before 3pm, your order will be shipped the same day. After 3pm it will be shipped the next business day. If you order late Friday afternoon or over the weekend, your order will be shipped out on Monday. Our office is closed over the weekend. BioWorld strives to give all of our customers the best customer service we can. We pride ourselves on our fast processing of orders.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship all over the world. Unfortunatlly, our online shopping cart is unable to process these orders at this time. We are working to correct this problem. If you would like to order, and you live outside the US, please call to place your order. 559-651-2042

Do you have other shipping options besides FedEx?

We also offer USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 business days to ship anywhere in the US. Our shopping cart is unable to process these orders as well, so if you would like to ship using this method, please contact us. 800-882-0225

What is FedEx SmartPost?

As a way to offer cheaper shipping, we are now offering FedEx SmartPost. SmartPost can save money but it is not for everyone. It is a slower shipping option, usually takes 2-8 business days. It is also better for smaller orders (less than 10 pounds). Call for a free shipping quote and see which option is best for you!
